If you are in San Diego and looking for a good local eatery check out The Linkery.  This award winning restaurant prides itself on the freshest ingredients from local farms. That is why you could get something different every single time you go. The Linkery depends so much on the local farmers they change their menu every single day. Now that’s fresh!

The signature item that The Linkery offers is their daily selection of sausage links. They usually have at least three different choices of sausages which can be prepared one of three different ways. I had the Asian pear chicken sausage with sauerkraut and house baked beer bread. It was phenomenal! However, sausage is not all they do well. The menu can range from kettle fried chicken, burgers and even a low country boil. The unique aspect of this place is the menu tells you exactly which farm the ingredient is coming from. All of the wait staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and are also friendly as well.

Also on the menu is a good selection of different local brewed beers on tap and bottled. They have a good selection of wine from local wineries as well. So the next time you are in the North Park area, The Linkery is a must on the list of local eateries.
